I was very fortunate to know John through work. I was a team manager at L & G and boy did John bring fun, laughter and spirit back into our team. He is truely missed. He used to say that we had put him on the 'old farts' desk !!! He would spend most of his day singing songs with Aunty Val !!! One would start it off with the other one finishing the song. This Christmas we will be getting out the picture of John with his christmas hat, saying Geeza Claus and raising our coffee cups to him !! I'm sure John would approve of this, we are holding a raffle for the Martlets in Johns memory and are auctioning off a signed England shirt signed by 3 current and 3 old team players of his beloved Chelsea. I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure knowing and working with John and we will all miss him. Love Lou xxx
